Technical Account Manager

The Role Working with an established customer base, you'll develop trusted relationships, identify new opportunities and collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to deliver the right solutions for your clients. This is a consultative position where you'll be expected to understand customer environments, recommend appropriate technologies and manage opportunities through to completion. Key Responsibilities Build and grow relationships across an existing portfolio of commercial customers. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while developing new business opportunities where appropriate. Engage customers to understand their business and technical requirements. Recommend suitable infrastructure, networking and end-user computing solutions. Prepare quotations and proposals while working closely with internal technical teams. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive account management.
