Your Role
This is a senior, strategic Agile coaching role. You'll work directly with leadership within specific business units to design and embed ways of working tailored to their context, then support them in setting up SAFe-style performance tracking practices - running Big Room Planning, setting up OKRs and embedding the cadences needed to sustain change. You'll bring deep SAFe expertise and a strong understanding of Agile coaching within financial services or other heavily regulated industries, where commercial pace must sit alongside governance and risk discipline.
