About this role
Role Profile
Our client, a leading Australian bank, is currently undertaking one of the most significant enterprise reorganisations in its history, moving to a product-led, SAFe operating model across the organisation. As part of this, we have two Senior Business Analyst opportunities available - one focused on Target Operating Model design and one on Agile Tooling - sitting at the center of this transformation program.
Most experienced BAs will be well placed for either stream - if you have strong business analysis capability and hands-on experience in Agile environments and tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, we'd like to hear from you.
Do Work That Matters
The TOM stream is responsible for shaping and defining future-state operating models that enable effective delivery of Enterprise Records Management and Privacy centralised services. You will translate complex business intent into clear requirements, lead process and operating model design across people, process, technology and data, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
The Agile Tooling stream sits within the delivery tooling team and is focused on managing and optimising the tools that underpin their enterprise-wide ways of working transformation - including JIRA and Confluence across the organisation. You will work closely with teams across the business to configure, embed and improve the tooling that supports SAFe delivery at scale.
