What you’ll do Performance Reporting — Support the Group’s expense reporting, ensuring our leaders have timely, accurate and meaningful insights that support strong financial stewardship. Commercial Insights — Partner with business leaders to translate analysis into practical actions that drive commercial outcomes Competitor Analysis — Build a clear view of how our cost base compares across the industry, helping us stay competitive and focused on delivering value. Forecasting & Planning — Shape Group‑wide expense planning, forecasting and scenario modelling to support long‑term performance. Stakeholder Engagement — Work closely with senior executives, providing clear, concise insights that support decision‑making. Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and uplift our reporting and analytics capability.
